Terms of Service
These terms govern every purchase and every use of the All American Recruiting website and player platform. They're written to be read, not skimmed, and the short version is simple: we work hard for you, we bill transparently, and we never promise outcomes no one can honestly promise.
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 20, 2026
Plain-English summary
You (or your parent, if you're under 18) agree to these terms when you apply, buy a reel, or join a program. The Highlight Reel is a one-time purchase. Our outreach program runs in 3-, 6-, or 12-month terms billed monthly, and billing stops automatically when your term ends. We use your footage and profile to market you to college coaches, because that's the job. We never guarantee roster spots, offers, or scholarships, and we cap our liability at what you've paid us.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and All American Recruiting ("we", "us", "our"), based in St. Louis, Missouri. By using aasoccerrecruiting.com, submitting an application, purchasing a service, or accessing the player platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Who may use our services
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the website or platform.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf, must be the purchaser of any paid service, and should stay involved throughout the recruiting process. Our application collects guardian contact details for exactly this reason.
- You agree that the information you give us — academic, athletic, and personal — is accurate. Our work is only as good as the information it is built on.
3. What we provide
We offer two things. The Highlight Reel is a one-time video production, purchased directly at the price shown on our site, or at the discounted add-on price when bundled with a program. The College Outreach program is season-long recruiting support, offered in 3-, 6-, or 12-month terms; longer terms include deeper work, and the 12-month term includes personal coach involvement. Admission to a program follows a personal review of your application. The price that applies to you is the one stated in your approval email and on your checkout page.
Program clients receive access to our player platform, where outreach to college coaches is prepared for you. Emails to coaches are sent by you, from your own email account: you review every message, and you are its sender.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
The important one
WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES. NO ROSTER SPOT, RECRUITMENT INTEREST, ADMISSION, OFFER, OR ATHLETIC OR ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP IS PROMISED OR IMPLIED. Recruiting outcomes depend on each player's ability, academics, effort, and the independent decisions of colleges and their coaches, over whom we have no control. What we commit to is professional work and full effort on your behalf.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and your program term
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- The Highlight Reel is a one-time charge at the listed price (standalone or as a program add-on on your first payment).
- Programs are term commitments billed monthly: you choose a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term, and your card is charged automatically each month at your program price for the length of that term. The term is stated on your checkout page before you pay.
- Billing ends automatically after your final month; there is no auto-renewal. Continuing beyond your term is a new decision made together.
- Promotional pricing (such as intro pricing) applies to the term you purchase during the promotion; the rate you lock at checkout is yours for your entire term.
- If a monthly charge fails, Stripe retries it. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause your program and platform access until it is resolved.
- Prices do not include any taxes that may apply to you.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Highlight Reel: full refund if you cancel before our editors begin work on your footage. Once editing has started, the purchase is non-refundable, because the work is the product.
- Programs: your term (3, 6, or 12 months) is a real commitment on both sides: we plan and staff a season of work for you. If circumstances genuinely change (serious injury, family hardship), write to us and we will look for a fair solution together. Otherwise, remaining monthly payments in your term stay due.
- To cancel or discuss anything, email info@aasoccerrecruiting.com. A real person answers.
7. Your content, your likeness
You keep ownership of the footage, photos, and information you give us. You grant us a license to use them for one purpose: doing the job you hired us for — editing your reel, building your player profile, and presenting you to college coaches and programs. For anything beyond that, such as featuring your story in our marketing or success stories, we will ask for separate written consent from you (and your guardian, if you are a minor) first.
You confirm you have the right to share the footage you send us (for example, that recording and sharing match footage is permitted by its source).
8. Platform accounts
- Platform access is by invitation, for active program clients. Keep your sign-in links private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Outreach emails prepared on the platform are sent from your own email account. Review them before sending: you are responsible for what you send and for conducting yourself the way a future college athlete should. Harassing or inappropriate conduct toward coaches or anyone else may end our work together without refund.
9. Eligibility rules
NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA rules on eligibility, amateurism, and recruiting change and vary. We share guidance in good faith, but we are not a law firm and staying eligible remains your and your family's responsibility. When in doubt, check with the relevant eligibility center directly.
10. Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties we do not control: Stripe for payments, Google services such as Gmail and YouTube for sending and hosting, and, most importantly, colleges and their coaching staffs. Their actions and decisions, including whether a coach replies or recruits you, are theirs alone.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide, emails you send, or your breach of these terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time (Section 6 covers what happens with payments). We may suspend or end service for breach of these terms, abusive conduct, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive (content license for work already delivered, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting each other first. Any proceeding that does follow will take place in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
15. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for meaningful changes we will notify active clients by email. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
